Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is sometimes known as "Tapping"

Emotional Freedom Technique is a psychological version of acupuncture but instead of using needles, EFT involves a gentle tapping (either by the therapist or the client, with supervision) on specific energy points on the body to unblock or release negative emotions.


It can be used in conjunction with other techniques or independently and can be used to assist with a wide range of issues such as phobias, pain relief or anxiety to name but a few.
