Smoking Cessation

Since July 2007 virtually all enclosed public places and workplaces in England have become smokefree, meaning that in many cases smoking is now a solitary and often isolated experience, which contradicts the reason that many people start smoking, to be part of a social group.

An article in The Sunday Times (Oct 2012) wrote about the growing number of people, particularly women, who now smoke in "secret". The article stated since the smoking ban the research shows that nearly half of the smokers in England smoke in secret, keeping their habit from family and friends.

By using comprehensive Hypnotherapy and NLP techniques, our sessions are tailored to support your determination to give up smoking and to continue to stay motivated and in control.

As part of this process, I often find it useful to provide each client with an individually tailored audio CD (or Download) that can be used to support and maintain the progress achieved during our sessions.
